Eccella Smiles is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Fridays by appointment only. We’re closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. If you have a dental emergency outside of these hours, please call our office number and follow the prompts for emergency care instructions.

Yes, we welcome new patients! Your first visit typically lasts around 1.5- 2 hours and includes a comprehensive dental examination, digital X-rays, oral cancer screening, periodontal charting to evaluate bone levels around each tooth, intraoral photos, a 3-D scan of your mouth and a discussion about your oral health goals. After thorough data collection, we will perform the appropriate cleaning based on our findings. Please bring a valid ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications. We’ll also review your medical and dental history to ensure we provide the best possible care tailored to your needs.
We understand dental emergencies can’t wait. If you’re experiencing severe pain, trauma, or other urgent dental issues, please call our office immediately. We reserve time in our schedule for emergency appointments and will do our best to see you the same day. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and follow the emergency prompts for guidance on immediate care.
